Thank you for choosing N Jewellery Design.

Every piece of jewellery is carefully prepared, inspected and packaged before it leaves our studio. We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Your Order

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
• Free UK Deliveries

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

International Delivery

We are pleased to ship internationally.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit.

Delivery Delays

Whilst we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to postal services, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
