Returns Policy

At N Jewellery Design, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Your Right to Return

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Include any accessories supplied with the item.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you that your return has been processed.

If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or has been supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
